Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion procedure for smooth skin

Microdermabrasion is a gentle cosmetic treatment that uses a specialized device to exfoliate the outer layer of dead skin cells. This process helps smooth the skin’s texture and brightens the overall appearance, leaving the complexion looking refreshed and renewed.

What is Microdermabrasion

The treatment works by polishing away surface buildup and encouraging natural skin regeneration. As the skin sheds old cells and produces new ones, it becomes softer, clearer, and more radiant. Microdermabrasion is performed by trained skincare professionals using safe, controlled techniques designed to rejuvenate the skin without any downtime.

No, the treatment is very comfortable. Most people describe it as a light scratching or sanding sensation. There’s no downtime, and you can return to your day right after.

It’s great for improving dull skin, uneven texture, fine lines, mild acne scarring, clogged pores, and pigmentation. It also helps skincare products absorb better after the treatment.

It can help reduce clogged pores and improve skin texture, which may help with mild acne. However, it’s not recommended during active breakouts or severe inflammation.

It’s generally safe for most skin types, especially lighter to medium tones. People with very sensitive skin, rosacea, or active acne should check with their provider before treatment.
